Agree the responsibilities early.
- Brief & assets. Identify the shots, references, existing files, intended use and deadline.
- Scope & quote. Agree DION’s responsibilities, outputs, review rounds and schedule before production.
- Review & refinement. Define who consolidates feedback and which visual decisions need approval before progressing.
- Delivery & handoff. Agree file formats, versions and any source-file requirements in the scope.
Production questions
Can we share an existing creative direction?
Yes. Send the direction and the production gap you need to fill. We will review the assets, technical requirements and timing together.
What changes the estimate?
Shot count, new asset creation, simulation or rendering complexity, review rounds, deliverable versions and source-file handoff all affect the work involved. A film’s duration alone is not enough to estimate production.
What about confidentiality and credits?
Tell us your confidentiality, portfolio-use and credit requirements before sharing restricted material. These conditions can be discussed with the project scope.
